Palletizing plastic buckets on two lines
After the system has taken over the buckets, they are turned in such a way that the handles always point in the same direction. They are centered in three buckets each and made available to the robot for pick up.
The system can be fed from two product feeds and fill two pallet spaces at the same time.
With this system, manual loading and unloading of the pallets using a lift truck was required. Of course we can implement an automatic pallet transport for your system.

Palletizing system with packing table for trays
Depending on the layer pattern selected, the tray with the canned goods can either be turned first or run directly onto the packing table. Depending on the layer pattern, the trays are organized on the packing table and pushed onto the robot tool when the layer is complete.

The entire layer is placed on the pallet. The robot always places the respective layers rotated by 180° to avoid instability on the pallet. When a pallet is finished, it runs out of the system on converter-controlled roller conveyors.

Palletizing system for wood briquettes
The previously shrunk wood briquettes enter the palletizing system and are picked up individually by the robot and stacked on the pallet. The palletizing location, if empty, is supplied with a new empty pallet by the upstream pallet magazine. A fully stacked pallet is automatically conveyed out of the robot cell, gets wrapped by a subsequent stretch wrapper and made ready for storage and transport.
Due to the extremely high level of accuracy and clever programming, robots can be used for various tasks even in confined areas.
